At the touch of a button, you'll see the shortest and fastest routes, turn directions, and estimated time of arrival to a destination. Simply enter an address or intersection or point on the electronic map, and the StreetPilot III automatically calculates a route and provides turn-by-turn directions to that location. Along the way, the StreetPilot III will provide automated voice instructions, alerting you to necessary turns, distance to upcoming turns, and distance to final destination. The unit’s built-in basemap provides detail for interstates, interstate exit information, highways, rivers, and lakes in the United States, Canada, and Mexico (no exit data for Mexico), plus commonly used streets in metropolitan areas. Simply download maps from the MapSource City Navigator CD-ROM, and the StreetPilot III will give you turn-by-turn guidance down to residential street-level detail.

Included with the purchase is the MapSource City Navigator CD-ROM, a 128-MB data card, and everything you need to download street-level mapsets from your PC. The user can choose one detailed coverage area (DCA) of his or her choice for all of Europe. City Navigator is designed specifically for the StreetPilot III and contains detailed street maps for major cities.
